Our journey began in 2024 with a clear mission: to make the company formation process in Dubai faster, simpler, and more transparent.

AurumBusiness was born out of a strategic partnership between a Romanian entrepreneur and a local UAE businessman. Both saw the immense opportunities in the Dubai market but also recognized the existing challenges: long wait times, excessive bureaucracy, and lack of professionalism from some service providers.

We identified an increasing demand for a trustworthy, fast, and customer-oriented company formation service that offers real solutions and complete transparency.

Thus, our company was founded with a primary goal:
